Returns and Exchange Policy –
(In Store Orders) We hope that you will be delighted with your Glass items however, if you would like to return your UNUSED Glass items for any reason at all, you may do so within 7 days of purchasing your item. Items returned must be in new and unused condition.
( Online Orders ) All Sales are final. No refund No return no exchange for online orders.
Exchanges, or store credit are permissible only in cases where a STAY HIGH LIVE HIGH sales person has verified that the product is brand new, unused, with its original packaging and is only applicable to Glass items along with the proof of purchase (Receipt).
Stay High Live High does not cover warranty for any electronic devices. You must contact the manufacturer directly in order to receive your warranty coverage within the warranty period.
Please NOTE: If the product has been used, due to sanitary and safety issues we cannot accept the return without any exception.
Terms of Service –
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure bought merchandise is not damaged, cracked or is missing any accessory in case of electronic vaporizers before leaving the store premises.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Interact, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We also have an ABM available at our downtown location.
